OPERATIONS

The Operations department is accountable for the daily administration and operation of the Players  Association, as well as other services and functions utilized by all of the other departments.  Responsibilities include Finance, IT, and Communications, as well as Human Resources, Government Relations, budget development, organizational planning, lease negotiations, and the coordination of vendor and consultant contracting.  The department ensures the Players Association has the infrastructure, financing, and support needed to effectively and efficiently provide the wide range of services Players need and expect. In addition to these core functions, the Operations department provides supplemental support to the Players Trust and certain Player related programs including career development and other initiatives.
